The Agogô bell is an Afro-brazilian percussion instrument consisting of two or three matching bells with a cowbell-like sound. The Agogô bell is part of the samba bateria (samba percussion ensemble) but is played at Capoeira and Afoxé, too.
The Agogô comes with a mallet.
