Jaw Harp from Ukraina

Unusual and ingenious are attributes that can rightly be mentioned when describing this jew's harp. Not only the design of the frame is strikingly different. The ends of the fastening cord are unparalleled, a great idea. The sound characteristics range from very melodic to sufficiently loud. With a little practice, the tremolo technique is easy to use. The feeling on the teeth is similar or reminiscent of South Indian Morsing or a hearty Marranzano, so rather hard. You have to love this, otherwise playing is no fun. The jew's harp's vibration behaviour is in the middle range, so you can play a pretty fast beat and still have a bit of room to swing out, although not like a khomus, for example.
