With the guiro frog, you can easily imitate the croaking of frogs. All you have to do is stroke the back of the little frog with the mallet and you will hear the typical croaking sound. The grained jackfruit wood shimmers in various golden-brown shades from white to red-brown. It is also durable, weather resistant and sounds wonderfully bright.

The beautifully crafted frog shape and easy playability make the little guiro frog an excellent instrument for children. Rhythmic experiments in loud and soft or a polyphonic frog concert are not only fun for the little ones.

Since all frog sizes can be ordered separately, you can easily arrange your own individual orchestra. In addition, we deliver all frogs including a matching mallet.

By the way: the frog instrument originally comes from Thailand, where the wooden croak can be heard during the Songkran festival. Here, the belief is widespread that the sound of the frog rattle can summon rain. In numerous Asian cultures, the frog is also a symbol of good luck, abundance and fertility.
