On his trip through Ukraine, Clemens from DAN MOI met the jaw harp master blacksmith Sergey Pyzhov and was impressed by his perfectionist and professional work. In a tiny workshop located in an old garden centre in Kherson (Southern Ukraine), Sergey makes his wonderful Drymbas.
Besides the excellent workmanship and the absolutely perfect finish, the Drymba Pyzhov Lider 85 impresses with its balanced, clear, sharp and overtone-rich sound that resonates for a long time. You can literally feel and hear the passionate and labour-intensive time the smith has invested in each of his jaw harps to achieve this exceptional quality. All instruments are hand-signed with an engraving.
