Ukrainian master blacksmith Vladimir Berezenko has created an outstanding work of art with the Vargan Berezenko Alpha. When you release this Jaw Harp from its perfectly fitted but simple pine box, you can enjoy its extraordinary design. The heavy, solid frame was engraved with ornaments and a filigree pattern was lasered into the reed. Beautiful. When you hold it in your hand, it feels almost velvety because the master polished it so well. The medium-loud Vargan has a rather compact sound spectrum. It can be played excellently melodically, meditatively or dynamically.
