These are the most reasonable tuned jaw harps, of which we offer all semitones from C2 to D3. Due to their large grip area, these instruments are very easy to hold and can also be played very well by jew's harp beginners. In terms of construction, these instruments are reminiscent of the simple, very inexpensive models from the same workshop, but their sound is quite respectable and can keep up even on stage.
The stainless steel of frame and reed is heat-treated and with its brown-red tarnish it reminds of rustic forging. The reed is relatively taut, which results in a loud and sharp sound of these cleanly tuned jaw harps.
These instruments are traditionally handmade in a family business in Upper Austria, where jaw harps are already being produced in the twelfth generation.
