This gold-plated stainless steel jaw harp is especially suitable as a pretty gift for beginners. It is easy to play but has a rather simple Sound, comparable to the Wimmer-Bades jaw harps Basic and Pear-Shaped. The galvanisation with 24-carat gold makes it even more resistant to corrosion.
These instruments are traditionally handmade by the jaw harp manufacturer Wimmer-Bades, a family business in Molln (Upper Austria), which is already producing jew's harps in the twelfth generation.
